We use Ovivio, a modern nursery management software platform, to help us run our setting efficiently and keep parents fully informed. As part of the system, the Ovivio Parent App gives you direct access to important daily updates and communications about your child’s time with us.

When you’re set up with the Ovivio Parent App, you can:

• Receive daily diary updates with details of meals, sleep, activities, and routines. 

• View photos and shared moments from your child’s day. 

• See learning observations and developmental updates, including special “Golden Moments” shared by staff.

• Send messages and two‑way communication directly to the nursery team, helping us stay in touch quickly and easily.

• Receive news, newsletters, and important announcements straight to your app.

• Request extra sessions or see your child’s booked sessions and associated costs.

• Access invoices and payment information (where enabled), including the option to pay directly through the app depending on how we have set up payments.

Access to the app is managed by the nursery - once your child is registered with us, we will provide you with login instructions and support to help you get started. The app is designed to be easy to use and gives you peace of mind by keeping information about your child’s day at your fingertips.
