Fees & Sessions 

 

Core Hours (Funded)

8:30am – 4:00pm, 38 weeks per school year or stretched over 48 weeks.

Extra hours outside funding entitlement are charged as Unfunded/Part-Funded Hours.

We accept childcare vouchers, 15 and 30 hour funded childcare, and Tax-Free Childcare. Please let us know if you intend to use any of these options when enquiring or enrolling. We also offer wraparound care for school-aged children, providing a breakfast club before school at £9 per session and an after-school club at £11 per session.

 

Additional Sessions 

AM 7:30am – 8:30am & PM 4:00 – 5:30pm available at an extra charge, subject to availability. These can be booked via the Ovivio App.

 

Meals & Consumables

Voluntary charge of £3/day covers meals, snacks, and consumables (sun cream, nappy cream, etc).

Families can opt out and provide their own, following our Healthy Eating policy.

 

Payment & Extra Charges

Fees are paid in advance at the start of the month via the Ovivio App or Tax-Free Childcare.

Unpaid fees: £5/day. Late collection charges up to 6pm: £5 per 15 minutes.

 

Extra-Curricular Activities

Tuesday – Spanish: £3

Wednesday – Dance: £2

Opt-out available on request.

 

Closures & Special Days

Closed at Easter, Christmas, Summer, and for occasional church funerals (minimum one week’s notice). Contingency plans ensure care at another venue or an exciting day out.
